How does the employee referral reward work?: Introduce your employer to Homi using the referral email above. You receive $500 USD when your employer becomes a paying Homi Teams customer. We coordinate the introduction and reward with you by email.
Can we try this with our next relocating hire?: Yes. Talk to us about the next move and the support your team provides. Homi already supports shared collections, saved listings, and reviews shaped by the searcher’s story. We are inviting early teams to shape employer reporting, employee-controlled sharing, and the handoff when sponsorship ends.
Does HR see an employee’s personal home search?: Employees can invite their relocation coordinator into a shared collection. Access applies to the collection, so agree on who joins and what belongs there. The public demo shows the collection workspace; dedicated employer reporting is still in development.
Do we need a separate subscription for every employee?: The proposed Homi for Teams offering uses one organization subscription with capacity for active home searches. We will agree the pilot capacity and sponsorship period with your team. There is no separate HR plan to choose.
Can an employee’s partner join the search?: Yes. Shared collections let employees invite the people making the move with them. Their household’s routines and preferences can shape how they compare homes.
What part of relocation does Homi cover?: Homi supports finding and comparing homes. Your team and chosen local professionals handle immigration, moving services, employment matters, and lease or purchase arrangements.
