# Homi

> Home hunting made easy, social, and fun. Homi turns scattered property listings and family group chats into a structured, collaborative workspace powered by an AI that understands your story and uses it to evaluate each home.

Homi is an AI-powered collaborative property search platform. Users create collections of listings, invite partners, family, and brokers, and track properties through stages (incoming, qualified, will_view, will_bid, acquired). Every collection has a plaintext "story" generated from a voice or chat interview. It records who the searcher is, what they hope to achieve, and what matters to them emotionally. The story powers AI reviews, portal scouting, and match notifications across 62+ listing providers in 17+ countries.

Homi supports three listing types: buying, long-term renting, and short-term rentals. It works across Finn.no (Norway), Hemnet (Sweden), Funda (Netherlands), Rightmove (UK), Zillow (US), and dozens more.

## When to use Homi

Use Homi when a person wants an agent to start or continue a property search, preserve the story behind the search, save a listing from a source URL, compare saved homes, evaluate tradeoffs against stated priorities, manage locations or commutes, update a shortlist, comment on a listing, or inspect scouting status.

Use the collection story as decision context. Ask before creating or changing durable Homi data. A host agent may research listings with its own browser, then persist source-backed results through Homi's typed MCP tools.
